The Band
Darryl Seaman - Drums
Darryl began playing the drums at age 8. He was heavily influenced by his father's record collection and inspired to play after hearing Alan White from YES. Darryl started playing along to the live album YesSongs and within a year, was able to play the whole of that triple album and joined his first band ‘JAY’ when he was 14. He played original material and stayed with them until he was 16 when he and the singer, left to form ‘Retrograde’ another original band.
Darryl joined ‘Fallen Rising’ a rock band where the singer introduced him to ‘Dream Theater’ and drummer, Mike Portnoy, who has been a massive influence on his own drumming style. ‘Dream Theater’ have remained one of his favourite bands since. He played in various covers bands before joining Seventh Fear in 2022.
Darryl can play guitar, bass, piano and Ukulele and composes songs on guitar.
Wayne Hudson - Bass
Wayne is self taught bass player from the age of 13. He played first professional gig at the age of 17 and played in several covers and original bands, including Aftershock, Satan's Empire and Gun Metal Grey.
Wayne’s main influences include: John Paul Jones, Geezer Butler and Chris Squire
He has recorded two albums and toured extensively with Satan's Empire before joining Seventh Fear in 2022.
Andy Warwick - Guitar
Andy started playing the piano at age 5 before taking up classical guitar at age 10, he then completed all grades up to Grade 8 including Music Theory
Andy auditioned for P.I.L in 1988 before joining AXS with Martin. He played lead guitar in Aftershock and Gun Metal Grey before forming Seventh Fear with Martin in 2020.
Andy’s influences include: Yngwie Malmsteen, Marty Friedman and Paul Gilbert.
Martin White - Vocals
Martin’s first band was BLACK HEART at 18 before joining ZUE.
At age 25, he started as a studio session vocalist for pop rock and metal bands and individual musicians. He then joined AXS ,a Metal band, where he met Andrew Warwick and many years later after departing from the band reunited and met Wayne Hudson and formed Gun Metal Grey a very popular Rock and Metal covers band.
Martin’s influences include: Rob Halford, Jeff Scott Sotto, Glenn Hughes & Randy Blythe
